Congratulations to our NSW aerobic gymnasts for fantastic performances at the 8th Cantanhede FIG World Cup 2023 and 11th Cantanhede International Open Competition!
I learnt how important it is to really enjoy every part of the competition, be able to adapt if things don't go exactly to plan and always be proud of what you've done.
