Freedom to Shine: Meet our Olympic reserves
While our historic Aussie team of 13 gymnasts celebrated last week, there were another cohort of hard-working athletes bestowed with a great honour in the sport – our Olympic Reserves
They’ve been so good to me. I’ve felt a part of it all, we are one big team.
My role is to be the ultimate support for the girls. I will be with them right up until those final moments and then will be proudly cheering them on from the crowd.
My goal this cycle was to find the joy and love in competing again. I feel like I accomplished this.
