Elevating Performance at the Building for Tomorrow Gymsport Clinic

It’s given me a refreshed motivation to work on details, and to rethink how we’re doing things.

The presenters can share their knowledge, but the main thing is they can show us a different way to teach skills, to teach drills for particular gymnastics elements. I think this opportunity that Gymnastics NSW is giving to us is absolutely great.

It’s been amazing. I’ve learned so many new things. I have a lot of notes that I took to put into my program. I look forward to trying it out on my athletes.
